HTC Automated Form System
HTC was in need of a system for their client to self create campaigns. Before this, HTC coordinators would manually input client's needs via phone calls. My role is to create a form/survey system to alleviate the need for phone calls.
When a client submits their form, a coordinator will oversee the rest of the campaign. One concern raised was how to easily access a project. Going through a list of projects by alphabetical order or date is not efficient.
A form system was implicated with a search option to look for specific projects. HTC coordinators can tag their projects however the individual wants to or use system presets to find their projects.
